上海古港通信科技有限公司（以下简称为“上海古港”）始创于2005年，隶属于台通光电股份有限公司，台通光电是台湾大的光电线缆及接插件产品制造商、台湾上市公司。上海古港的主要战略任务在于整合台通集团亚太地区乃至全球的制造与商务优势，在大陆拓展其FTTD光纤布线产品解决方案的业务，并与全球大的光纤光缆制造商-长飞公司形成了紧密的合作。作为长飞光纤光缆及其相关产品的一级分销商，多年来上海古港一直以优异的商务、技术能力以及服务意识使双方合作越来越深入紧密。
